Good questions
Can I use Gmail with my own domain?
Yes. With Google Workspace you keep the Gmail app and inbox you know, but send and receive as hello@yourbusiness.co.uk. Google charges its own monthly price per mailbox.
Can I keep using Outlook?
Yes. Microsoft 365 gives you Outlook on your own domain. We set it up on your phone and computer.
Why do my emails go to spam?
Usually because the domain is missing its sender records (SPF, DKIM and DMARC). We add and test them, so inbox providers can check the email really came from you.
Do I need a website to have business email?
No. You only need a domain. We can register one in your name, and you pay only what it costs. Just starting? Begin with you@yourbusiness.gb.social and move to your own domain later.
