Is the social media check really free?
Yes. You get it by email whether or not you work with us. If you'd like us to post for you, Social Starter is £249 a month and Social Plus £449 a month, each + £249 set-up.
How long does the check take?
It takes you a minute to ask, and you'll have it by email within 3 working days.
Do I need to give you my passwords?
No. We only look at what's public. If you go ahead, you add us as a manager in your own accounts.
How do I approve posts?
You get one short message a week with the plan. Approve it with a tap, change a word, or swap a photo: it takes a minute.
Do I need to send photos?
Send us what you have and we'll use the best. For a fresh set, add our local photographer.
Which platforms?
Facebook or Instagram on Social Starter; two platforms on Social Plus.
Whose accounts do you use?
Yours. Your Google profile, social pages and ad accounts stay in your name, and we're added as a manager.
